The Beginning of a Dream

The idea of starting a Christmas tree farm in West Texas began in 1996 when we purchased 10 acres near the Concho River outside of Christoval, Texas. We planted our first seedlings in January 2002. Our grandson, Ian, was one year old and about the same size as the seedlings! |
| The second year, the seedlings and Ian are growing. Now that the young trees have established a root system, they will grow at least 3-4 feet this year. |

Year number 3 and we have trees that are 6-7 feet tall. Some friends came out and cut down our first tree to celebrate Christmas 2004 |
| It's year 4 and our trees are ready. Our first selling season was Christmas 2005 and it was a wonderful success. We built the farm and they came! |
